BIVIUM

Vino Biologico - Rifermentato

80% Ortrugo e 20% Pinot Noir

TASTING NOTES

Pearly white in color, with a slubtle haziness given by some yeast sediment that feeds on oxygen avoiding the use of sulphites and protecting the wine from oxydaton. It offers a fresh and young fruit bouquet: green apple, wild raspberries notes of citrus, malt and bread among those that really stand out. The mouthfeel is winding with a rich mousse and lingering flavors. The excellent acidity balances its fullness and will always invite the palate for a second taste. An experimental suggestion, a crossroads between classic sparkling wine and unfiltered beer. A local interpretation of the international taste made with organically grown grapes.
